Your price
Complete your route, transport type and vehicle details so the quote reflects the shipment you need. The system finds the best available offer for that route and service and displays it immediately on a new page. Review the information carefully, including your preferred pickup date and any special vehicle requirements. Your quoted price is locked for 48 hours from receipt, giving you time to consider the offer before booking.
2
Booking and deposit
When you are ready to go ahead, book directly from your quote page. You can pay in full or choose a deposit using a credit card, debit card or PayPal. Check the total, selected payment option and booking terms before confirming. If you choose a deposit, make sure you understand when the remaining balance is due and how it should be paid. Keep your confirmation so you have the details available throughout the move.

Carrier assigned
Van 3 Auto Transport arranges your shipment through its vetted carrier network. The assigned carrier operates the truck and handles the physical transport, while Van 3 helps coordinate the booking and answer questions about the move. Keep your contact details current and tell the team about any changes to your vehicle, addresses or availability. Receiving a quote is the first step; carrier assignment and pickup arrangements follow as part of the booking process.
4
Pickup call
Your carrier will call before pickup to arrange the handover. Keep your phone available and confirm who will meet the driver, where the vehicle will be collected and whether there are any access restrictions. If a large transporter cannot safely reach the address, agree on a nearby accessible meeting point. Have the car ready and allow time to inspect its condition with the driver before loading and signing the pickup paperwork.
