Our work connects the information you provide with the practical requirements of the shipment. Van 3 checks carrier authority, insurance, safety history and previous performance as part of its vetting process, then coordinates the move with a carrier. Vehicle requirements, truck access and the route all need to be part of the conversation.
After you complete the quote form, the system finds the best available quote for your transport type and route and displays it on a new page. You can book there and choose payment in full or a deposit by credit card, debit card or PayPal. Review your vehicle and route details carefully, and ask the team about any special requirements before confirming.
We arrange pickup and delivery at your address or a nearby safe meeting point that the truck can access. Be present, or discuss an authorized representative, and inspect the vehicle with the driver at each handover. Record its condition on the paperwork and keep a copy. Before booking a special vehicle, ask about the assigned carrier’s coverage and any relevant conditions.
Your quote is locked for 48 hours after you receive it, with no hidden fees. If you do not book in that time, the offer may change; an updated quote is locked for another 48 hours. Read the Price Lock details before booking.
